BVAC Rescue Response Training Center is located in Bayside, Queens, New York City, making our 18-hour CCW course convenient for concealed carry applicants throughout NYC. We regularly serve students from Queens, Manhattan, Brooklyn, the Bronx and Staten Island, as well as Nassau County and Long Island.
Our Bayside location is just steps from the Bayside LIRR station on the Port Washington Branch and is accessible by local bus service, making professional NYS concealed carry training available without having to travel far outside New York City.
This 18-hour New York concealed carry training course includes 16 hours of in-person classroom instruction and 2 hours of live-fire training, meeting the firearm safety training requirement under New York Penal Law § 400.00. Students receive professional, safety-focused instruction designed to build a clear understanding of concealed carry laws, responsible firearm ownership, safe handling practices, and the practical skills expected of New York concealed carry license applicants.
Students who successfully complete the required classroom training, written examination, and live-fire qualification will receive the documentation needed to show proof of training completion for their licensing process.
Please note: Successful completion of this training course does not guarantee issuance or renewal of a concealed carry license. Final licensing decisions are made by the appropriate county licensing authority or New York City licensing authority. Training requirements and application review are governed by New York law and applicable licensing procedures.
