NYS Concealed Carry Firearm Safety Course

The New York State (NYS) Concealed Carry Weapons (CCW) class spans 18 hours, encompassing both classroom instruction and hands-on training. It surpasses the standards established by NYS for individuals seeking a Concealed Carry Permit. Effective from September 2022, proof of completing a firearm safety training course is mandatory to secure a concealed carry license. Attendance on both days of the training is compulsory, and due to limited seating, registration will close upon reaching full capacity. Additionally, participants can expect to be provided with a light breakfast and lunch during the course.
