Toys for Tots: Bringing Joy to Children, One Gift at a Time.

Every holiday season, the Toys for Tots program reminds us what the spirit of giving is truly about spreading happiness, hope, and kindness to children who need it most.

Founded by the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve, Toys for Tots has helped deliver millions of new toys to families across America, ensuring that no child wakes up without a reason to smile on Christmas morning.

At BVAC Rescue Response Training Center, we’re proud to support this incredible mission each year. Our goal is simple to make a difference right here in our Bayside community by collecting new, unwrapped toys for children of all ages.

How You Can Help

You don’t have to do something big to make an impact even a small act of kindness can brighten a child’s world. Here are a few easy ways to get involved:

1. Donate a New, Unwrapped Toy
   Bring a new toy (no gift wrap, please) to one of the many local drop-off locations in Bayside, including our training center at 214-29 42nd Avenue, Bayside, NY 11361. Every toy goes directly to a child in need.
2. Host a Mini Toy Drive
   Encourage your friends, coworkers, or classmates to join in! A small group effort can collect dozens of toys in just a week turning your office, classroom, or business into a place of giving.
3. Spread the Word
   Share the Toys for Tots mission on social media or tell friends about where they can donate. A simple post can inspire others to give.
4. Volunteer Your Time
   Many local drives need help sorting, packing, or distributing toys. Check the official Toys for Tots website or contact your nearest coordinator to see how you can lend a hand.
