The American Heart Association BLS CPR course teaches you how to recognize and respond to life-threatening emergencies with confidence. This class is ideal for healthcare providers, first responders, and anyone who wants to be prepared.
What You’ll Learn:
How to perform high-quality chest compressions and rescue breathing
Using an AED (automated external defibrillator) effectively
Responding to choking in adults, children, and infants
Working as part of a team during resuscitation
Certification:
Earn an official AHA BLS Provider eCard, valid for 2 years.
Uncontrolled bleeding is the number one cause of preventable death after injury. Stop the Bleed teaches simple but powerful techniques anyone can use to save a life before help arrives.
What You’ll Learn:
How to identify life-threatening bleeding
Proper use of tourniquets and wound packing
Applying direct pressure and maintaining control under stress
How to assist victims until professional responders arrive
Severe allergic reactions can happen anytime, anywhere. This course teaches how to recognize the signs of anaphylaxis and safely use an epinephrine auto-injector (EpiPen).

How to spot the early signs of an allergic emergency
Step-by-step EpiPen administration techniques
When to call 911 and what to do afterward
How to assist someone experiencing anaphylaxis
Opioid overdoses are a growing crisis—but lives can be saved with Naloxone (NARCAN). This course empowers participants to take quick, confident action when every second counts.

How to recognize an opioid overdose
Safe administration of NARCAN nasal spray
Rescue breathing and post-overdose care
Legal protections under the Good Samaritan Law
