The NYS 18-Hour Concealed Carry Course is a state-required training program for anyone applying for a New York State pistol permit or handgun license. At BVAC Rescue Response Training Center in Bayside, Queens, we provide professional instruction that meets all legal requirements and prepares you to carry responsibly in New York City and across the state.
